When reporting a technical issue, include:

the URL or endpoint used where the issue occurred
a brief description of the problem and any error codes
a screenshot of the error, if possible

Do not include personal or sensitive information in your email.

We are happy to help or fix the issue, and aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 working day. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays).
